ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order passed by the District Munsif, Thiruvottiyur in IA.No.966 of 2016 in OS.No.254 of 2013 on 19.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that originally the suit was pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur and subsequently it was transferred to the file of the District Munsif, Madhavaram. Thereafter, the main suit itself was disposed of. As such nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. However, if the suit is still pending, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the civil revision petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
