This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register FIR on the basis of complaint 27.07.2020 pending as CSR No.742 of 2020, dated 10.08.2020 on the file of the respondent.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.07.2020 the respondent conducted enquiry in CSR.No.742 of 2020 and the same was closed on 19.08.2020. He further submitted that there is no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent.
