This Petition has been filed to modify the condition (i.e.) "6.(b) the Petitioner shall also deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs alone) to the credit of the Crime No.105 of 2023 before the said Court and the final order in respect of the amount will be passed at the end of the criminal proceedings by the Trial Court." imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7152 of 2024 passed by the Sessions Judge, Chennai dated on 13.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by Sessions Judge, Chennai.

3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Hence, this Petition stands dismissed.
