2.The petitioners have come up with these writ petitions seeking direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioners land bearing S.F.Nos.334/1S2, 334/1S2, 334/1A23, 334/1 and 334/1A4, measuring an extent of 1672 1⁄2 Sq.Ft, 1800 Sq.Ft, 4905 Sq.Ft, 3000 Sq.Ft and 6 cents respectively.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners have submitted representations dated 13.11.2017, 11.11.2017, 14.11.2017, 20.11.2017 and 13.11.2017 respectively, requesting the respondents to issue patta, chitta and adangal to the lands bearing S.F.Nos.334/1S2, 334/1S2, 334/1A23, 334/1 and 334/1A4, measuring an extent of 1672 1⁄2 Sq.Ft, 1800 Sq.Ft, 4905 Sq.Ft, 3000 Sq.Ft and 6 cents, but, the said representations are yet to be disposed of by the respondents.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the cases, direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 13.11.2017, 11.11.2017, 14.11.2017, 20.11.2017 and 13.11.2017 respectively, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
