This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant/claimant seeking to set aside the order dated 06.02.2014 and restore MP.No.2/2013 (condone delay application) in CMA.SR.No.49348 of 2013 to file. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submitted that as directed by this Court on 25.02.2019 in MP.No.1/2015(delay in filing the restoration petition), the petitioner has paid the costs and has also filed a receipt in proof of the same.

3.Despite service of notice, there is no representation for the second respondent insurance company. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 has no objection in ordering this petition. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and also having regard to the fact that the petitioner has complied with the direction of this Court, this Court is inclined to restore MP.No.2 of 2013 on file and this petition is accordingly ordered.
