O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) The petitioner, who is a resident of the locality, has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation made on 07.04.2016 wherein it has been stated that an attempt is being made by respondents 6 to 9 to put up construction of a temple over the road by way of encroachment.
2.Learned counsel appearing for respondents 6 to 9 submitted that the land belongs to a private temple, which has been in existence for more than 50 years. Though the temple has been demolished, there is a proposal to put up construction once again in the same place.
3.Learned Government Pleader, based upon the instructions given by the officer who is present before this Court, submitted that the land is a private land and therefore, the official respondents would not have anything to do with the same. 4.This Court cannot go into the inter se disputes between the parties nor the dispute with respect to any private land. Suffice it is to direct respondent no.3 to consider the pending representation dated 07.04.2016 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 6 to 9.
5.Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.16184 of 2016 stands closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(J) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar sra
