O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to investigate and register the complaint dated 28.04.2014 and to file a report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that already this petitioner approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15802 of 2014, in which, this Court passed the final orders on 24.06.2014. Thereafter, in stead of approaching the Central Crime Branch, the petitioner has approached the Inspector of Police, Red Hills with the fresh complaint.

4. Under such circumstances, this petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch enclosing the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15802 of 2014 and on such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint being given, the same shall be allotted to any Sub Inspector of Police, in CCB for enquiry.

With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
