Respondents PRAYER Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in vide No.2047/E3Pe/PaThu1/Tha.Aa.Po.Ka(Ko)/18 dated 05.04.2018 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the first and second respondents to re-transfer the petitioner from the Pollachi Branch -III to the Mettupalayam Branch-I within a time frame.

The petitioner has not joined in the post to which, he has been transferred. Even without joining the said post, he has filed the present Writ Petition.
