This petition has been filed by the petitioner to permit the petitioner to withdraw his share amount of sum Rs.7,90,000/- with accrued interest, which is arrears of Rent covering the period from 13.11.2018 to till the date of deposit on the order of W.P.34780 of 2018 in dated 06.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the seventh respondent and he is one of the cosharer and he is entitled to withdraw the amount along with the petitioner. Already this Court granted permission to the writ petitioner to withdraw the amount in which the petitioner herein is entitled for his share along with the interest accrued till date. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent raise no objection.
