These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 159 and 122 days in filing the above appeals, respectively.

Mr.K.Raja, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that he has no objection in condoning the delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
