ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for direction to the third and fourth respondents herein to remove the petitioner's photo affixed in buses and in common places pursuant to the representation dated 08.02.2013 given to the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the writ petition was called today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's photo which were earlier affixed in the buses prior to 2013 is no longer being adopted and that all the pictures of the petitioner in the buses have been removed.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner's apprehension stating that her photo is still found affixed in the buses is incorrect. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents this writ petition is closed. No costs.
