This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit for surrendering before the learned Principal District Judge at Dharmapuri to consider the bail application of the petitioners and pass orders on the same day in connection with the case in Cr.no.28 of 2022 on the file of the respondent as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.5102 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to surrender before the learned Principal District Judge at Dharmapuri as ordered by this Court in Crl.OP.No.5102 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023.
