ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025 against the illegal and unauthorized construction put up in the premises comprised in Survey No.265/12B at door No.354, T.H.Road, Minjur, Thiruvallur District - 601 203 by the respondents 4 to 6 expeditiously in accordance with law.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 to 6 are doing illegal and unauthorized constructions under the guise of renovation and till date, the 1st to 3rd respondents are not taking any action inspite of
receipt of the representation sent by the petitioner requesting them to take action to remove the unauthorized and illegal constructions carried out by the respondents 4 to 6. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and take action in the manner known to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
