CMP No.8893 of 2026: This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of decree made in A.S.No.15 of 2012 dated 17.03.2026 on the file of Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the respective petitions, both the civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 09.04.2026.
