This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, K4 Anna Nagar Police Station, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.8185 of 2023 by order dated 17.04.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are poor farmers and they cannot afford to stay in Chennai to comply with the conditions. Further, the third petitioner is a student and hence, he seeks for modification of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the order even for a single day. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8185 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The other petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Attur Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
