Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in No.TNTEU/R/Q.A./CC.12730/2014-15/142, dated 19.01.2015, quash the same and further direct the respondent to verify the staff list submitted by the petitioner institution with all the records and certificates relating to the approval of staff within a prescribed time limit and pass orders for the grant of staff approval to the petitioner institution.
