ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 31.08.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property in S.Nos.278/8 and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.Heard Mr.S.Varnesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on

3/5 behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3.The petitioner is seeking for the survey of two properties in S.Nos.278/8 and 278/10. However, the online application is available only insofar as S.No.278/8 is concerned. Therefore, it is left open to the petitioner to submit a separate application for survey of S.No.278/10. Once such an application is made, the 1 st respondent shall act upon the same and take a decision with respect to the survey of the subject property, within a period of four weeks thereafter. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
