Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus Directing the 1st Respondnet to dispose of the revision dated 29.06.2020 submitted by the petitioner herein in accordance with law within a stipulated period.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 29.06.2020 and to pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the first respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

11.09.2020 at 3.00 P.M. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the first respondent has fixed the date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to proceed further with the enquiry after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
