Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the entire records in respect of the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 18.03.2013 in R.O.C.No.3170/12/E.1 and quash the same consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue tender to the petitioner on the basis of the price bid given by the petitioner in respect of the tender dated 13.03.2013 for improvements and providing rain water structure to Robinson Tank 2012-2013.
