Based on the petition given to the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., the FIR has been registered by the respondent police on 27.11.2023 in Crime No.630 of 2023 alleging that the police has not made any progress in the investigation, the present petition is filed for transfer of investigation to some other agency. 2.

Reading the complaint, which indicates that it is purely a civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 4 who are the tenants. However, on the direction of the Judicial Magistrate, FIR has been registered and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that investigation is in progress and within two months final report will be filed if there is any cognizable offence is made out. 3.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
