Munusamy, employed as Office Assistant, (H) Rural Roads, Highways Department, Palacode Section, Dharmapuri District and to pay the same to the petitioner being the nominee appointed on 12.05.1993 by the deceased Government employee with interest at the rate of 18% per annum on account of delay on the part of the respondents.
