This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(b) that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed of immovable property worth about Rs.10 lakhs standing in his name to the credit of Crime No.28 of 2023, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4984 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 30.03.2023, had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4984 of 2023 with a condition to deposit the original title deed of immovable property worth about Rs.10 lakhs standing in his name to the credit of crime No.28 of 2023. He further submitted that in alternative, the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.28 of 2023 and also produce the receipt before the concerned Court. Thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Heard both sides.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.7(b), which shall be read as follows:- " 7(b). The other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4984 of 2023 on 30.03.2023 shall remain unaltered. Further period of two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension will be granted.

5. In view of the above, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
