This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner in CSR.Nos.79 of 2018 and 85 of 2018 and dated 05.04.2018, dated 13.04.2018 respectively, investigate the case strictly in accordance with law within a time-frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., -Vs- The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out him remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan (supra).
