This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7062 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023, passed by this Court to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, C-4, Othakadai Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.5 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri and the case now stands posted on 12.05.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7062 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri, on 12.05.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
