This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to act under the law for cleaning the plot and demolishing the old building with the police protection in surveying the entire land of survey Nos.247/12, 248/3, 248/16, 248/12, 248/8, 248/2, 248/11, 248/4, 248/9, 248/20 248/1, 248/18, 248/19.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the representation made by the petitioner before the respondent police and the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is seen that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. This Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this

writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before competent civil Court.
