ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 393 of IPC in Crime No.204 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners attempted to rob the cell phone of the defacto complainant at knife point. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners has three previous cases against him and hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration that the petitioners has three previous cases against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
