ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by V.Lakshminarayanan,J.) We are of the view that a writ petition filed challenging orders passed by the Administrative Committee appointed pursuant to the orders of this Court is not maintainable. This is especially so since the Division Bench in its order appointing the Administrative Committee, had made it clear that, in case, a person requires any clarification or directions, he or she would approach the Division Bench by way of an application. 2.An Administrative Committee appointed by this Court is not "State" within the meaning of Article 12, or an "other authority" within the meaning of Article 226. As the writ petition is not maintainable, the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
