The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the very same prayer of petitioner herein has already been disposed of by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13013 of 2020 dated 26.08.2020.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
