(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the relaxation application in Crl.M.P.No.7069 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.6384 of 2019 in Crime No.147 of 2019 that the petitioner / accused should sign before the respondent police station every day Morning 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.7069 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.6384 of 2019 in Crime No.147 of 2019, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7069 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.No.6384 of 2019 in Crime No.147 of 2019 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the First working day of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
