ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.203 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons robbed money and cell phones at knife point from the de-facto complainant's labors. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are an innocent persons and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioners and hence vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the bad antecedent of the petitioners and that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners are essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
