Contempt Petition No.1078 of 2019 Deputy Manager, TNSTC, EPFT, Chennai, submitted that all the money have been released.

2.Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, agreeing to the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that Rs.1,000/- has been reduced from the pension, without any reason.

3.In view of the submission made by both the learned counsel, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Petition. 4.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the competent authority. 5.If any such application is filed, the same may be considered, on merits and in accordance with law.
