O R D E R

[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The present contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 12.09.2024 in W.P.No.26557 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the competent authority passed final orders disposing of the representation submitted by the writ petition on 09.02.2023. The said order was also challenged in Page Nos.2/4

W.P.No.30511 of 2025 and the said writ petition was dismissed on 14.08.2025 by the Hon'ble First Division Bench of this Court.

3. That being the factum, the present Contempt Petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
