The appellant was enlarged on bail during the pendency of this Criminal Appeal by an order dated 06.06.2016. The respondent police is directed to secure the appellant and produce the appellant before this Court during the next date of hearing. If there is no representation for the appellant on that day, the bail will be cancelled and a legal aid counsel will be appointed by this Court.
