When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the first petitioner retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and the second petitioner is no more and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 2.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
