These two applications have been filed consequent to the death of Pauvnammal / 7th respondent. Her husband G.Jayaraman was the 8th respondent. These two applications have been filed seeking to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives as the respondents 21 to 23.

2.One of the proposed legal representatives viz., G.Jayaraman also died, J.Sathish Kanna and B.Punitha, who are their children, are the legal representatives.

3.In view of the fact that the entire issue arises from a suit for partition, it is only appropriate that all the necessary parties are impleaded, since Jayaraman has also died, the aforementioned two children, will be only the legal heirs, surviving both Pauvnammal and G.Jayaraman, both these petitions are allowed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
