By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider him for promotion to the post of Junior Assistant/Junior Clerk in the Ghttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
873 Ayyappanthangal Urban Cooperative Credit Society as per the communication in Na.Ka.137/2014/AA2, dated 07.04.2014.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner, by limiting his prayer, sought for a direction to the respondents to consider the pending representations dated 13.01.2014 and 15.02.2014 of the petitioner.
3. In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the pending representations dated 13.01.2014 and 15.02.2014 of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, WMP.No.11581 of 2016 is closed.
