Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Criminal Revisions and she has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows:- "We may be permitted to withdraw the petition since the petition becomes infructuous as charge sheet is filed and trial commenced in CC.975/2012."
