(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent Police on Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders made in Crl.M.P.No.3686 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3170 of 2020 vide order dated 20.03.2020 in Crime No.19 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3686 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3170 of 2020 vide order dated 20.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 4.In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3686 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3170 of 2020 vide order dated 20.03.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
