The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 318(4) of BNS read with Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in Crime No.Not Known of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the present application has been filed against the conviction warrant passed in C.A.No.57 of 2024.
