Na.Ka.No.C6/7723/2012, dated 30.01.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to allow the petitioner to retire from service as on 31.10.2012 and to sanction the pension and DCRG amount due to the petitioner along with interest as admissible under Rule 45-A of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 and also in the light of the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of S.K.Dua Vs. State of Haryana [ SLP (CA) No.184 of 2008 dated 09.01.2008 ] within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.
