ORDER
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent placed the proceedings of the Chief Engineer [National Highways] dated 28.04.2025 wherein sanction has been accorded for a sum of Rs.3,77,42,500/- [Rupees three crores Seventy seven lakhs forty two thousand and give hundred only] towards payment to the petitioner. It is also stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that the amount will be credited today itself.
2. As substantial compliance has been made and the amount has been paid in full quit and other directions issued by this Court with regard to the refund of the amount by the registry has also been complied, these Execution Petitions are terminated.
