Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner complaint dated 14.07.2020 and re-presented on 21.07.2020 followed by the complaint to the first respondent dated 30.07.2020 received by him on 03.08.2020 to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law. This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner complaint dated 14.07.2020 and re-presented on 21.07.2020 followed by the complaint to the first respondent dated 30.07.2020 received by him on 03.08.2020 to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
