This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2022 and survey the land. 1/4

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 19.10.2022 with a request to survey the property in Survey Nos.266/2C, 266/20, 266/2T, 266/2Y, 275/3A, 275/3C, 275/3G, 275/3P, 266/2AA, 266/2F, 266/2Q, 275/3I, 275/3M, 266/2A, 266/2I, 266/2K, 266/2Z and 275/3M, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for surveying the lands, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
