ORDER

This petition has been filed by the defacto complainant to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.21 of 2015 at early.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3782 of 2015, the second respondent has registered a case on 17.08.2015 in Crime No.21 of 2015 under sections120(b), 468, 471, r/w 420 IPC, but, thereafter, no steps have been taken for completing the investigation and hence, he requests to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report at early.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after registering the case, the matter has been taken up for investigating and the investigation is in progress. She https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further submitted that four weeks time may be granted for filing final report.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
