This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant. 2.Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that there has been a typographical error crept in paragraph 9 of the order dated 15.10.2020 wherein it has been stated as '2160 sq.ft.' instead of '2610 sq.ft. Since the extent of the petition mentioned property is 2610 sq.ft. and the same could be seen from the Schedule of Property which is enclosed at page No.38 of the typed set of papers filed by the appellant, learned counsel for the appellant requested this Court to rectify the same. 3.A perusal of the above schedule of property would show that the Layout LPDM/DTP. No.48 of 1972 is measuring to an extent of 2610 sq.ft. Therefore, registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by altering the extent as '2610 sq.ft.' instead of '2160 sq.ft.' in paragraph 9 of the said order. 10.11.2020 vga http://www.judis.nic.in
