By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final hearing. 2.
The petitioner would state that the College was established to promote Science and Technology Education among the poor and deserving and vide order dated 23-10-2006, the second respondent has accorded approval on 30-04-2008. He has accorded approval to start https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
B.Ed., course and the college is conducting the B.Ed. Course from 2008 onwards. The petitioner-institution is also affiliated to the first respondent-University and submitted an application dated 30-062015 praying for increase in the intake of the existing course and for starting new courses, i.e., B.Sc./B.A., B.Ed., and B.Ed., M.Ed., and also fulfilled the procedure. The petitioner now come forward to file this writ petition for disposal of the said application. 3.
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. U. Venkatesan, learned counsel for the respondents.

This Court without going into the merits of the case submitted by the writ petitioner directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22-05-2015 on or before 30-082015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 5.
