This application is filed seeking to extend the time for completion of arbitration proceedings by a period of four months.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

3. It is stated that the arguments in the arbitration proceedings were concluded and the learned Arbitrator has to pass an award. At this stage, the mandate of the Tribunal has expired. Hence, the present application has been filed.

4. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel appearing on both sides, time for completion of the arbitration proceedings and to pass an Arbitral Award is extended by four months from today and the parties are directed to co-operate for completion of the proceedings and enable the tribunal to pass an award within a period of four months.
