Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent relating to the Charge Memo Na.Ka.No.A4/7330/2010 dated 15.3.2010 and quash the same and include the name of the petitioner in the panel of Assistants fir for promotion as Deputy Tahsildar for the year of 2009 in Chennai Revenue Unit in the appropriate place therein and consequently promote him as such with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of his immediate junior with consequential benefits.
