Heard Mr. C. Prabakaran, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M. Varun Kumar, learned Counsel for respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to consider his request to provide agricultural electricity service connection based on the communication of the 2nd respondent dated 30.10.2010 in his letter No. Se.Po/O&M/ U.Pe/Ko/Agriculture/ No.11006-1/2010 to the well situated in Survey No. 539/4A Adhanoor Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Villupuram District. The case of the petitioner is that he has wrongly mentioned the Survey No.478/3 instead of 539/4A. A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents stating the correct facts that the petitioner applied for service connection in Survey No. 478/3 and the application is pending. However, he sold the land to one Mr. Ramar, Son of Mr. Chinnasamy and the said Ramar sold the land to one Mr. Rasi, Son of Mannangatti, who has settled the lands to his children.

3. Therefore, now it is too late for the petitioner to state that he has given wrong information. Hence, the relief sought for, by the petitioner cannot be considered.

4. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
