Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned Communication dated 23.03.2022 of the respondent and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondent to conduct inspection by facilitating Peer Team visit in the Petitioner University and accord accreditation to the Petitioner University, after granting due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner University and to complete the process within a stipulated time.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registry requesting for withdrawal of this present writ petition. In the said letter, he has also sought for a liberty from this Court to file fresh writ petition in case, if petitioner's representation is rejected.
2. According to the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent, such a liberty cannot be granted in view
of the fact that earlier representation given by the petitioner was already rejected.
3. Therefore, this Court after hearing the submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent is of the considered view that the liberty sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge any order passed against the petitioner in the representation, which he has already given and is under consideration by the respondent.
4. After recording the letter dated 05.07.2022 addressed to the Registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
